RETURN POLICY : Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased through JPsportsgear.com, you may return the item in its original condition (all tags attached) for a full refund less shipping costs. Exception 1) For any defective Life is good merchandise that has not been washed or worn,customers may choose to return their item for a full refund to the original card (or PayPal account)used, or exchange it for a new item. If the new item exceeds the value of the original item, the customer will pay the difference. 2) For non-defective Life is good merchandise that has not been washed or worn, JPsportsgear.com will offer a credit or exchange provided return requests are made within 90 days of the original ship date.

Return Instructions: We must be notified of all returns within 30 days (90 days for non-defective Life is good merchandise) of receipt of your order. Please notify us of your return via email at Support@JPsportsgear.com .  Please use a trackable and or insured shipping method since we are not responsible for lost return shipments. (Note,return shipping fees are not refundable).
